Customer Information:
We must have customer or pre-press supplier job and contact information, including a name and phone number of who to contact if we encounter problems opening disks or processing the digital files.

Digital File Format: PDF (Portable Document Format) must be supplied as composite pages, one page per PDF file. Pages must be created to include bleed, when required. Crop marks must be out of the bleed area. A 12-point offset is required. These files must contain all high-resolution images as CMYK and have all fonts embedded. Please see following page for recommended PDF settings.

Hard Copy Proofs:
We require 100% of final size, customer approved color proofs of your ad. If you are unable to meet the above requirements or prefer not to send a color proof, please contact Randi Pallan at Women’s Adventure at 208.720.7988 or by email at rpdesign@cox.net.

Please supply files on CD-ROM or files may be transmitted via our FTP site. Please contact Randi Pallan at rpdesign@cox.net for FTP instructions. Any files compressed with an application such as StuffIt or ZIP should be saved as a self-extracting archive. Each disk should be clearly labeled with customer name, project name, date, and should have a printed directory of its contents.
