Fabulous post! We often forget the importance of play as we age.

What an excellent question: “Are there any activities in which you now participate that cause you to lose track of time?”

I love that feeling, like a kid, where you lose all track of time and are just immersed in the present and not wanting to come in for dinner or bed or nap or…

I think I will go out for a ski today and immerse myself in the present.

Thanks for the comments. I love that, “immerse myself in the present.” I sometimes ask myself, when was the last time I said out loud, “Weeeeeee” or “Yahooooooo…” That is the language of truly feeling the sensation of bliss.
