Recognize When You Could Use A Ride

| April 17, 2015 | 0 Comments

There is no shortage of excuses to feel grumpy. But there is a solution.

People For Bikes shows us how this monster handled a rough day.

When you’re tempted to skip your after-work run, hike, or ride and instead hit a nearby happy hour, remember that there’s a better way to shed the monster. What will you choose?

As for my Friday night plans, I think I’ll go on a bike ride.
