This sequence was inspired by a beautiful and challenging four-hour mountain bike ride up in the mountains above Steamboat Springs, Colorado in September. After gulping down a recovery smoothie, Chelsey Gribbon, our yoga expert, decided she needed a little mat time: “It felt so good to get on my mat and practice.
